If you are an entrepreneur for more than a couple months most likely you have already experienced some type of burnout. This past week I felt it myself, I worked too much and felt that my brain was totally over loaded. I could not concentrate in doing any tasks, even simple ones like washing the dishes or simply watching TV.
How was I able to overcome this entrepreneur anxiety?
I forced myself to stop working and replaced it with other activities and spent the weekend traveling with my family. One thing that can also help you to reduce the anxiety caused from social media is to schedule your content in advance. Every week I schedule my Tweets and that way I get to relax knowing that my main marketing channel is still active.
