I’ve seen people using Calendly or Cal for scheduling appointments. Do the free plans there include inviting other people to join you at a specific date and time.

I use Tidycal - one time payment. Not as fancy but enables others to pick times suitable for them based on my availability

I use the free version of calendly and I just need to send a link to the guest and they can pick the best time and day in my calendar
