You could either have a button that starts a sequence with the Twitter API starting from logging the user in, creating a post and then coming back to your website

so there’s a set of events you can listen to in the Twitter Button JS widget. If you listen to the tweet event, you’ll know that the share happened. You can probably check the content of the tweet, and verify that your handle was included (it was a real share ).
