Today, I discovered tab Usage in Vercel Dashboard. I looked into it and see, that these are requests to my websites.

Yeah these are just automated bots. You are unlikely to be targeted. They crawl the web automatically.

Or your best friend has just installed Metasploit and trying to have fun.

It’s an app platform + cdn + ci that allows you to have serverless production-grade web infrastructure with a simple git push

In other words, it’s like a better serverless Heroku for web projects.

I’ve been using it extensively for the last 3+ years. I host all my React (Next.js) projects there.
