Where can I find info about setting up a company with multiple co-founders across countries?

Those with co-founders, how do you solve problems regarding shareholding, profit sharing etc. from a compliance/legal standpoint?

Each country will have it’s own laws and things you’ll need to navigate around. I’d suggest start with one country you’re most familiar with.
