Google Forms
- Doesn’t allow multi-select fields (tags)
Airtable
- New plans only allow 5 editors
- Old plans allow more (I have one), but people have to sign in to edit. :( https://community.airtable.com/t/is-there-a-way-to-show-the-content-of-a-table-to-users-without-them-having-to-sign-up-or-pay-to-airtable/17829/5
Notion
- Edit requires login besides sharing as editable (?).
- Tested notion in combination with super.so; sub-pages for users were just empty. :(
Bubble
- Doesn’t provide grid view (?)
- Open source
- Similar to AirTable
- Doesn’t support sharing yet. (Coming soon.) :(
- Local
npm install
fails :( - Cloud version in private beta
- Based on firebase
- Clunky interface
- Can’t seem to create a shareable link for the table?

Hey, you can check out vizion.so (I’m the founder) that essentially allows you to do that with a Notion database. It’s free to feel free to check it out, and let me know what you think

It’s pretty much perfect. The only thing that’s missing is the support for new tags created by a user. 🤔
