It’s a great analytics tool with a very generous free tier.

I used in the past mainly for these features:

Sessions Recording: In the free tier it records up to 100 sessions and it’s a great way to see how users are interacting with your website
On Page Surveys: Collect feedback from users with on page surveys
Heat Maps: Find the areas on your website that users use the most
